The Escrow Process

Upon signing the agreement, the initial payment is held in a secure escrow account managed by a third-party financial institution. We proudly partner with SeedTrust Escrow management team.
Milestone Verification
Funds are released in installments only after we verify the completion of each specific milestone, such as medical screening and legal documentation.
Final Payments
The final balance is released only after the successful birth of the child and the completion of all required case management steps.
